Waggoner Computerized Color Vision Test Instructions:

You will see a test plate made up of dots with a number on it. A test plate with a number will appear for “TWO SECONDS” then disappear.

Next you will see a list of nine answers to select from. Click on the number that you saw. If you did not see a number, click on the “Nothing” answer. After choosing your answer, please click on the “Next” button to advance to the next slide.

Sit in a “dark” room approximately 24 - 36 inches from and in the center of the monitor; keep your head still; and view the monitor from a 90-degree angle.

The test plates are given in “rapid” succession. You need to pay close attention. Please remove all distractions before clicking on “Start the Test”. IMPORTANT: Do not use your forward or backward browser buttons at any time during this test.
