Waggoner Pediatric/Geriatric Computerized Color Vision Test Instructions:

You will see a test plate made up of dots with a number or symbol within the plate. The test plate with the number/symbol will appear for “TEN SECONDS” then disappear.

You will see a list of nine answers to select from below the test plate. Click on the number/symbol(s) that you saw. If you do not see anything, click on the “Nothing” answer. After choosing your answer, please click on the “Next” button to advance to the next slide.

Sit in a “dark” room approximately 24 - 36 inches from and in the center of the monitor; keep your head still; and view the monitor from a 90-degree angle.

The test plates are given in succession. You need to pay close attention. Please remove all distractions before clicking on “Start the Test”. IMPORTANT: Do not use your forward or backward browser buttons at any time during this test. The test will be considered null and void if the browser buttons are used.
